Jeff Bacall: He
is the managing director of Bacall Associates. For over 30 years, Jeff has
acquired extensive experience in public relations, marketing, and sales that
includes both in-house and external consulting for travel and lifestyle firms.
In 1991, Jeff was invited to set up and manage the European Sales and Marketing
office for Thailand’s domestic hotel group called The Imperial Family of
Hotels. The sale of the group led to the formation of Bacall Associates in
1994.
Charlotte Lowe:
She studied Business Studies with Marketing at Bournemouth University. She
joined Bacall Associates shortly after she graduates. She also gained
significant experience on a work placement year during her degree at a
sophisticated rewards and incentives agency. Charlotte discovered her love for
travel at a very young age.
Zoe Slater: She
gained a BA (Hons) in Politics and Modern History from the University of
Manchester, and a Masters in Multimedia Journalism at Bournemouth University.
She worked as a freelance journalist for several publications and the Press
Association after she graduates in 2009. She became an editor at Wardour where
she managed communications projects for clients. In June 2015, Zoe finally
joined Bacall Associates after working in The Zetter Group.
Other members of

Vietnam
Airlines: Bacall Associates launched the new direct routes from UK (London
Gatwick - Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City) in December 2011. The company focused on
highlighting the destination as a whole and the accessibility brought by the

12 months. It includes main travel items in every national newspaper, national
